ALAN SMITHEE es un pseudónimo oficial utilizado por directores de cine que desean desvincularse de un proyecto. Fue acuñado en 1968 y utilizado hasta que se suspendió formalmente en 2000. Entre las películas atribuidas a Alan Smithee, encontramos “DUNE” (1984), “House III” (1989), “The Birds II” (1994), “Hellraiser IV: Bloodline” (1996) o “An Alan Smithee Film: Burn Hollywood Burn” (1997).
Ahora, el alias Alan Smithee oculta los últimos films de Erik Hurtado (detrás de proyectos como Afrika Pseudobruitismus o Meme Vivaldi y otros), un guiño explícito y tributo al error, al cine basura y la Serie Z, con el uso y manipulación de found footage de muy diversa procedencia: sectas New Age, viejos documentales Cyberpunk o Memes.
Pata-No UNLTD (¿TEXAS?!) son un misterioso colectivo autodenominados ‘Post-Neoistas’ y ‘Pata-nihilistas’, operando desde los márgenes de la Contracultura actual más subversiva y radical, y cooperando activamente mediante una muy diversa multi-red de código abierto y ‘células activas’ internacionales, con nexos a la Patafísica, el Discordianismo, la Iglesia de Subgenius, el Neoismo o el Mail-Art.
TOO COOL es un proyecto transmedia de Pata-NO UNLTD, una serie de excesivos libros-zine, conocido por su enfoque subversivo y poco convencional hacia la literatura. Forma parte de la serie Transmedia Conspiracy Games y es considerado un ataque virulento y nihilista de anti-literatura, plagiarismo y experimento intertextual. Ultraviolencia, Memes, collages, Metafísica, Patafísica, Porno, Tecnología o Mécanica Cuántica, y más!
Imagínalo como el “Manual Revisado del Boyscout” de W. Burroughs o “The Anarchist Cook Book” para la nueva era de inmersión en la Hiperrealidad y en el colapso generalizado e inexorable de nuestra sociedad.

es una extensión de la serie TOO COOL, desde el formato audiovisual, un remontaje-mash-up Megamix de diversos videos de Pata-NO & Alan Smithee. Este proyecto desafía las estructuras tradicionales, abrazando la absurdidad, la aleatoriedad y las narrativas no convencionales. Es como una secuencia de sueños en glitch frente a la pantalla, donde la realidad se mezcla con lo surrealista; cuestionando la naturaleza de la realidad, la simulación y los medios. ¿Es la vida una simulación? ¿Somos personajes en un videojuego cósmico?
