Alan Smithee is an official pseudonym used by film directors who wish to disown a project. Coined in 1968 and used until it was formally discontinued in 2000. Among the films attributed to Alan Smithee, we find "DUNE" (1984), "House III" (1989), "The Birds II" (1994), "Hellraiser IV: Bloodline" (1996) or "An Alan Smithee Film: Burn Hollywood Burn" (1997).
Now the alias Alan Smithee hides the latest films by Erik Hurtado (behind projects like Afrika Pseudobruitismus or Meme Vivaldi & others), an explicit blink and tribute to bad films and trash cinema, with the use and manipulation of heterodox found footage from multiple sources.
Pata-No UNLTD (TEXAS!?) are dubbed a Transmedia Post-Neoist Transnetwork & the open-handle pseudonym collective is a key part of their work. They are their own secret collective that's been pumping out some of the most mind expanding books you won't find in a library for years.
They are up the 4th installment in the indescribable *TOO COOL* book-zines Serie, with many other books, pamphlets and not-comics.

The Post Reality Show is intended to deconstruct and dissect the very medium it embraces. The show is a total immersion in the sheer density of the media flow: with the artist at work in the studio taking center stage: a composer of media, media-traffic controller, and talk show host narrating the “ever-present-present of now,” amplifying and exposing the current state of the post Reality.
