Hurtado has always operated under many different conceptual aliases, from Opus Vivaldi to Pseudo-Novalis, among others.

"Empty 6 Pack es un sello de música con sede en Barcelona especializado en producción de música en formato CASSETTE. Después de cuatro años de trayectoria, hemos decidido celebrarlo con una fiesta muy especial y por eso reuniremos sobre el escenario a los misteriosos artistas creadores de nuestras últimas tres publicaciones.
Tendremos la oportunidad de gozar del álbum debut de Los Pintaos, que ha cautivado la atención del público con su talento y su peculiar estética. También podremos escuchar en directo las dulces melodías de Plou Plim en su álbum Máster 22, que seguro nos transportarán a un mundo de sensaciones únicas. Y para profundizar más en los límites del arte sonoro, Opus Vivaldi, un ser mitológico, nos presentará su espectáculo audiovisual PSYCHIC MTV.
Siguiendo con nuestra filosofía de cooperación con otros colectivos, tanto en el ámbito de las artes visuales como de la música, hemos invitado sellos discográficos que representan esta cultura de la edición en formato físico a celebrar con nosotros el cuarto aniversario , organizando una pequeña feria discográfica."

Psychic MTV (Psychic Magick TeleVision o Psychic MINDFUCK TeleVision) es un ejercicio abrasivo de performance audiovisual gestado a lo largo de 2021-2022. La vídeo-demo original del proyecto fue ipso facto censurada y eliminada en Youtube debido a “contenido violento, ofensivo y/o explícito”. Opus Vivaldi ofrecerá para esta distópica ocasión en Ex-Abrupto 2023 un nuevo remontaje de la pieza, que en conjunción con las sonoridades de electrónica virtual digital, múltiples samples y golpes de FX recrean una experiencia de trance e hypnosis psicotrópica, desconcierto y Caos...
Los visuales, valiéndose de la vieja técnica del found footage, se descontextualizan y reubican, a un ritmo frenético de compulsivo zapping; imágenes de muy diversa procedencia: viejos VHS venidos de bizarros cultos y sectas, Memes, Sci-Fi y Terror de serie Z, cultura pop, documentales cyberpunk, y un largo etcètera. Psychic MTV nos sitúa, con estrategias propias de la infoGuerrilla y el culture jamming, frente a un cuestionamiento del nuevo escenario distópico de nuestra era, no exento de ironía y humor, pero tampoco de violencia en el mensaje; un Trip que sacude y somete al espectador a un incesante bombardeo de simbología esotérica, icónicos logos de la MTV de los 90, mensajes subliminales o efectos estroboscópicos, Fnord?
